Guarantees and Returns

If you consider an item to be faulty or damaged in transit claims can only be made via email within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us via email at to discuss return replacement or refund. All returns must be preauthorised, and in original packaging. Then upon inspection a refund, credit or exchange will be given via your original method of payment.

Please note we will only process refunds/credits on damaged goods if registered.

Delivery Costs are non-refundable.

We do accept returns within 7 days of receiving the goods, and be in original packaging. The item(s) will not be accepted for refund if found to be misused, tampered with or repaired. Although we have taken great care with the descriptions of the products dimensions and colour reproduction some variation may occur.

Incorrectly Addressed Items

Please take care that your order is correctly addressed, If items are incorrectly addressed and returned to Lime Gifts & Homewares you will be charged additional postage.

Out of Stock

Every effort is made to ensure items are in stock. If they are out of stock we will notify you of an estimated delivery date. If this is not acceptable we give you the opportunity to change your mind or with draw the order.
